Go 1 block south of us for public access lighted fishing piers, boat ramp, and family-friendly beach. One block to the north and you will find a variety of food options and cute boutique shopping.

In addition to the the bay view in the front, enjoy the four acre field across the street and a two block walk to the water. Great for fishing, crabbing, water activities & local scenery. We decided our cute little 3 bedroom 1 bathroom was too awesome not to share. Our personal vacation home is up for others to enjoy in this wonderful fishing town of Palacios. Palacios is the shrimping capital of Texas which allows for excellent fishing and bird watching. Washer and dryer available along with all the other amenities you would have at home. The house is 3 minutes from the 3 fishing piers, beach, restaurants, bars and everything else.

The Sunshine house is walking distance to the water, fishing piers, restaurants, and downtown Palacios. Great bird watching also! Plenty of room to park your boat, or if necessary we have storage to get your boat or camper inside at a different location.
