The 1st Street Cottage in Downtown Trinidad is perfect for you to unwind and enjoy the music, art, and sights of Trinidad. This 1950s home was recently renovated with a new kitchen and bath, spacious living area, relaxing outdoor space and decorated with an art-deco and mid-century flair. No need to drive a car once you are here! Our cottage is directly behind Space to Create Trinidad and within walking distance to city parks, the river, galleries, eateries, and museums.

Charming Train Depot built in 1890

Enjoy a piece of railroad history! This train depot, built in 1890 was once located in Maxwell, New Mexico. This piece of history is beautifully refinished and is located in the country club addition of Raton. The nostalgic kitchen has the original writing on the walls, as the passengers went through and signed their names. The signatures are now kept behind plexiglass to preserve the handwriting.

Beautiful one bedroom loft apartment located half a block to the Purgatory river walk, farmers market, Cimino park and all the main street shops and restaurants. Couch is not a hideaway bed. There is a steep set of stairs to climb, to get to your loft. All guest and pets must be on reservations. NO CATS!! All Dogs must be approved. Puppies must be kept in a crate.
