The annex is prepared to a high standard and we respect your privacy leaving you to enjoy your stay. The annex has a free sat TV, fully fitted kitchen, tea, coffee and milk are provided along with a selection of biscuits, fluffy white towels, and a comfy new bed. The sofa can convert to a double bed if required. Free WIFI.

Cosy, character cottage. Open-plan ground floor with living, dining, kitchen, and sunny work space. Two sets of folding doors that lead out to a pretty cottage garden. Upstairs, two bedrooms (one with king sized bed, one with double bed) upstairs, bathroom with bath & shower. Convenience of good access, situated on the road leading from the village of Clyro to the famous 'book town' of Hay-on-Wye. Ideal base for exploring the Wye Valley, Brecon Beacons National Park, and the Black Mountains.

Cosy accommodation for four in a small village. Access via external metal stairs to open plan living area, fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one with double bed, other with two singles. Bedding and towels provided, electric heating in all rooms and free private off road parking. One mile from Hay-on-Wye (just over a mile away) with plenty of local walks. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.
