Charming and Cute Historic Downtown Home

When booking our home, you will get a conveniently located simple place to unwind. This charming historic home is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house located blocks from Lee University in the Historic District of Cleveland. It is 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water Center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is a fully stocked kitchen, front porch, back deck patio with fire pit and privacy fence for the pups. Snacks and waters are available upon arrival as well.

The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.

Cozy Patio Suite/Family friendly

Enjoy your home away from home. Your cozy suite has a spacious KING BEDROOM and a cozy fireplace living room. A luxurious spa bathroom with a deep soaking bathtub will soak away your stress. Your private keypad access and entrance will ensure your ability to come and go as you please. We provide a small fridge, microwave, and a coffee station with snacks for your convenience. Enjoy the porch swing right outside your room with your morning coffee. Enjoy our new fire pit upon request.

Bring your pole and fish our three ponds, walk next door to the park and play disc golf, or just relax on the patio and listen to the sounds of the forest.

The house is just 2 miles away from the interstate, restaurant, movie theater & shopping. Off of the main road in a quiet older subdivision. Great stop over if traveling I-75. The Ocoee River & Cherokee National Forest are within 20 minutes driving. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom. The bed is queen size. Lee University is 5.7 miles away. Omega Center International is 4.8 miles away, both are easy to get to. Coffee/tea available anytime.

Lovely, relaxing & secluded river house. Perfect for a family getaway. Relax & unwind in our recently renovated, mid-century modern inspired home. If you like to fish, this is the perfect spot for you, as you have direct access to the Hiwassee River. Not a fisherman? Grab a book & relax on the private dock or sun porch. LIMITED INTERNET ACCESS. This is a great place to relax & unplug. The internet in the area is very slow.

Honeycomb Cottage- 2 blocks from Lee University

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We are located in the heart of Cleveland Downtown, in the Historic District, just 2 blocks from Lee University. The mountains, lake, and Ocoee River are only 30 minutes away. A visit to Chattanooga is also 30 minutes away. Nearby Greenway and Deer Park are just minutes from the Honeycomb Cottage!

My cozy 74 yr. old farmhouse is at the end of a long gravel drive, surrounded by nothing but woods and the tranquility of nature! Enjoy the country front porch as you watch the sunset and the playful antics of my goats and their guardian dog, a Great Pyrenees named Sampson, who happily lives with his 8 friends….Mable, Callie, Mama, Fluffy, Billy, Blanche, Rose, & Dorothy.
