Outside, enjoy dining and lounging on the wrap-around porch-fun for all ages and abilities.

The Prancying Pony is a short walk to the University of Oklahoma Campus, Historic Downtown Arts District, restaurants, and dining. The Pony is a quiet and secluded cabana with beautiful garden and pool. The ambiance, the outdoor space, and neighborhood make this the ideal location for exploring the best of Norman. This apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment has one, gated parking spot. Also included is the use of an outdoor grill.

This unique place has plenty of cool smart features throughout the home to entertain. Two of the largest travel centers are less than a mile away (Quik Trip and eXpress). Room with Xbox projecting on 160” screen (can’t connect personal consoles)Karaoke system. Backyard has swings, trampoline, pergola with and seating area with firepit. Corn hole set. NO PARTIES or EVENTS ALLOWED. NO EXCESS GARBAGE. Use only house curve and driveway for parking.
