Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

This "condo-cabin" complete with bar, stove, mini fridge and microwave downstairs, as well as a queen sized bed, fold-down futon and bathroom with shower upstairs. Built in 1911 by John Groth, this studio apartment has elements of the original John Deere and later Ford factory including the original hardwood flooring, brick wall, and high ceilings. Most of the furnishings are comprised of reclaimed lumber from the dismantled car elevator. Historic photos of the building are throughout the common hallways for a trip back in time.
