From the wrap around porch, you can listen to the rapids cascading into Claytor Lake. A boat launch is conveniently located less than 1/2 mile away offering free river access. (Please note that the river is not directly accessible from the property). It is the perfect location to play, relax, or both!

The Boat House is a newly remodeled studio space. It’s a unique place to stay, located on a private dead end road right on the water with beautiful views it’s 5 minutes from I 81. Perfect for Virginia Tech home sporting events. It’s also perfect for Virginia Tech and Radford University Graduations, weekend or weekly family getaway. You will have access to the dock on the property for fishing and swimming, there is available space at the dock if you have your own watercraft.

The Glo Haus @Four Fillies Lodge

Reminiscent of an illuminated floating lantern, our Glo Haus offers elevated glamping among the trees. Our Glo Pod consists of three pods: two sleeping pods and one gathering pod. The two sleeping pods comfortably sleep up to two people in Twin XL to King conversion beds. We have included unique features such as a slide exit for kids, a swing, and Aurora Night Sky projectors for a special light show. This will be a truly unique experience!

Have coffee on the porch while the sun rises, walk straight into the lake from the boat landing, enjoy relaxing on the patio, lay out in the sun, jump off the private dock, build a sandcastle on the beach, and then finish your day with a campfire in the fire pit while still looking at the lake with the moon shining down.
