An ideal couples retreat, this one bedroom has a kitchen, fireplace, verandah, garden bathroom with rainwater shower & composting toilet. The Eco Dairy is located within the picturesque valley of Theresa Creek in northern NSW. It is the perfect space for those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life and reconnect with the simple things in life by spending some time in nature. Enjoy breakfast on the front verandah while listening to the local birdsong. The Eco Dairy is a simple retreat yet has all the comforts of home. If you need a place to recharge the batteries then the Eco Dairy is the place for you! Guests will have access to clean country air, birdsong in the early morning, dramatic sunsets and rainwater (heated) showers. In winter you can sit by the fireplace and enjoy a red wine and read a good book. Our property borders the Cambridge Plateau which is World Heritage Listed rainforest. Make sure you take the time to do one of the walks - from the lookout you'll enjoy breathtaking views towards the east coast of northern NSW, capturing Mt Warning on a clear day. We understand that many people that come to stay at the farm are looking for a place to relax and chill out. We respect your space, however if you need anything we are located only a 400m walk away. We love living in Theresa Creek. We grow most of our own food and try to live in the most sustainable way possible. Our neighbours are all farmers, and we help each other when in need. We are all very down to earth folk and enjoy living in this part of the world which we call 'home'. I think most guests will love it here at Theresa Creek - as most people that come to stay never enjoy leaving! There is no public transport at Theresa Creek. Having a car will allow you freedom to explore the surrounding area, however if you are flying or arriving by train and do not wish to hire a car we are able to collect you from the airport /station at an extra cost. Hidden Valley Cottage amongst the kangaroos.

This beautiful little cottage is located on the property of 'Hidden Valley Estate' in South Grafton. It is self-contained with a separate entrance, bi-passing the main house. Inspired by French-Country decor, this little cabin certainly creates an atmosphere of relaxation among the gum trees. It is an open plan bedroom/bathroom with toilet, shower and basin. Air-con with a comfy queen bed, storage chest and open shelves for your belongings. There is also a microwave, tea and coffee facilities.

Crane Cottage - a cute and private studio

The studio is located at the rear of the main house and faces away from it so is quiet and private. There is rear lane entry and covered parking for your vehicle. Amenities include: wifi; a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; separate bathroom; tv and dvd player; air conditioning; and a ‘5 star’ king size bed (super comfy!). Basics such as teabags, coffee, milk, and sugar are provided. There is a SPAR supermarket, bottle shop, post office and laundromat 200 metres away.

Koala cottage delight

Tranquil rural cottage set next to coastal national park with lots of native wildlife including wallabies, koalas and a chorus of birds led by the kookaburras each morning. Light and airy with lots of timber and character, the house is simply furnished with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing retreat from busy lives, roads and city noise. A great base for exploring the lush northern rivers hinterland and stunning beaches or just a place to rest on a long road trip.

Cubbyhouse is the closest accommodation to Frazers Reef beach, just on the outskirts of Iluka bordering a lush nature reserve. Wake up to bird songs in the garden right outside your door. Sit in the garden & dine under the festoons. Wander the beach & national parks then cosy up to the indoor fire place or garden fire pit in the evening. There's a grocery store in town & a great op shop. The ferry can take you across the river to Yamba. Poochs welcome for an extra fee.
