Beautiful large self-contained private apartment attached to main home, with own entrance and patio. It has a large open plan living space, with TV Netflix & Stan. A kitchenette and dining area and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchenette has a large fridge/freezer, an induction hotplate, microwave, electric frypan, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. It does not have an oven. The bedroom has a quality Queen bed and linen. The bathroom has full-size bath and shower.

One bedroom en-suite with a double sleeper couch in the lounge room, private verandah with BBQ and use of the heated swimming pool! Private entrance and parking. It is only a 10-minute walk from the pristine Mullaloo beach and parks, and the Mullaloo Beach Hotel with bar and restuarants.
