近くには井の頭公園があり、春には満開の桜を見ながら散策できます。 西荻窪駅には大型のスーパーはもちろん、お洒落な飲食店や雑貨店がたくさんあり、落ちついた中に賑やかさのある大人の雰囲気の街です。 お部屋はとても静かな住宅街にあり広さは17㎡でゆったりしています。 This area is very quiet and the size of this room is 17 square meters with a bath, Semi-double bed, Frige, Washer, Low table, TV, Air‐conditioning, Wifi, Cookware, etc.. The large park named Inokashira is near, you can see cherry blossom street. Nishi-Ogikubo town has many shop streets. If you wonder the way, I will go to welcome with a car at Nishi-Ogikubo station.

Koeda House is just a 3-minute walk from Fuda Station and 5-7 minutes from Chofu Station. Direct buses run between Chofu and Haneda & Narita Airports and Tokyo Disney Resort. From Chofu, it’s just two stops(15 minutes) to Shinjuku by express train and 22 minutes to Shibuya. A calm, green area with convenient access to Shinjuku. I’m originally from Kyoto and have lived in this area for many years. As a local host living nearby, I’m always happy to be there if you need any help during your stay.

Unlike other listings in Tokyo, here, you can rent the whole house. The house is located in western side of Tokyo where have very rich cultural sights. Also it has very good access to metropolitan Tokyo. It takes only a few minutes walk to local stations named Fuda and Chofu. from those stations, Shinjyuku and Shibuya are only about 20minutes ahead . Also you can enjoy walking to the downtown of Chofu where has many places to eat and shop.
