12/10/25 I’m in the process of doing exterior siding on abnb and my house. There will be a bit of noise during daylight hours. May be finished in a week. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand.

My cozy 74 yr. old farmhouse is at the end of a long gravel drive, surrounded by nothing but woods and the tranquility of nature! Enjoy the country front porch as you watch the sunset and the playful antics of my goats and their guardian dog, a Great Pyrenees named Sampson, who happily lives with his 8 friends….Mable, Callie, Mama, Fluffy, Billy, Blanche, Rose, & Dorothy.

This quiet little quest house is only 6 miles from Dayton. Five boat ramps are located within a 6 mile radius. We will do our very best to make your stay as enjoyable as we can and will provide contact information for cleaning or linen service at check in. There is plenty of room for a boat under the adjacent carport. Outdoor electrical is also available.

Cozy cabin right on the Lower Ocoee river next to Nancy Ward public boat launch. Over 200’ if private river access with private takeout. Huge private lot with fire pit. Space includes a loft with queen bed and bedroom with twin bunk bed. This is the best little spot on the Ocoee for river lovers. Put in on the lower and takeout right in your backyard.
