The Hayloft is a charming first floor serviced apartment, and is one of seventeen holiday cottages at Town Farm, on the edge of the Chilterns. We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. Ideal place to stay if you are looking for your own private space . There are good transport links within a 2 minute walk. London Euston is only a 30 mins train journey, perfect place to stay after a show in London. Self check in! Milton Keynes, is only a 17 minute journey by train or car. Other places to visit are Bletchley Park, Luton Hoo and Woburn Abbey Safari Park. A short walk to the town centre or out into the countryside. Nice walk along the canal to visit local pubs and restaurants.

The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
