The apartment has wifi and two televisions. The bathroom has a small wooden sauna for max. 2 people. The toilet is separate. You are in the center in 5 minutes on foot.

Ganz in der Natur, mit viel Holz, ein gemütliches Kuscheleck, ein idealer Rückzugsort für eine Person oder zu zweit. Liebevoll eingerichtet mit Kochgelegenheit, Sitzplatz, ein Balkon, viel Platz draußen mit Frühstücksplatz,Lagerfeuer und Grillmöglichkeit. Die Dusche befindet sich in einem separaten Badewagen mit Waschbecken, Komposttoilette und Dusche.

Wir halten hier Gnadenbrotpferde in artgerechter Offenstallhaltung, Ponyreiten und Ausritte sind nach Absprache möglich. Es gibt einen Spielplatz für Kinder, einen Grillplatz, eine Lagerfeuerstelle. 2020 fertiggestellt und damit ist ein Traum von mir wahrgeworden. Der Trend mit weniger ist mehr habe ich persönlich erfahren - zunächst müssen und es als Chance gesehen. Es ist alles da, was du zum wohnen brauchst und ein liebevoller Garten. Das Wohlfühlen meiner Gäste steht für mich an erster Stelle. Prostorný a plně vybaveny byt 2+1 v centru Karlových Varů. Byt se nachází ve 2 patře historické budovy takže zde není výtah. V blízkosti se nachází muzeum Becher, Léčivé prameny, Lázeňské domy, velké množství resturací a obchodů. Možnosti cenově dostupného parkování jsou Cca 5-7 minut chůze od apartmánu. Autobusové a vlakové nádraží 5 minut od apartmánu.
