We would like to offer people from all over the world visiting Los Angeles a place to relax after intense sightseeing tours or after a long work day. We created a little suite that has a separate bedroom, a separate living room, and a private bathroom with amazing views of the valley hills and the city right by the pool. Just have a glass of wine at the end of our back yard on top of the hill and watch the moon and stars, do a few laps in the pool, or just watch a movie in your own living room.

Located in a rural neighborhood, yet 5-10 minutes to the nearest dining, groceries, theaters, shopping and a 30-minute scenic drive away to the beach and major Los Angeles & Simi-Valley tourist attractions.

Close to groceries, restaurants, shopping malls. Easy access to freeways. Brand new furniture and mattress bedding. Has its own heater and AC, not shared with the rest of the building. Shares a wall with the rest of the house where my family lives.

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.
