The cottage is approx. 400 years old, with lots of character & has been sympathetically decorated & furnished. The Master Bedroom has a memory foam mattress & has en-suite a second bathroom is found on the ground floor with a memory foam mattress. The cottage has private car parking & is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. On arrival a key is located in a key box to enable you to arrive at a time that suits you (after 3.00 pm). Joan's Cottage is also pet friendly (dogs ONLY) but NO CHILDREN.

It is a five minute drive from the Jurassic coast with beautiful beaches and opportunities for fossil hunting . The barn has far reaching views spanning across the Marshwood Vale. The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

Cosy up for a winter break in a beautifully converted old army truck with stunning views of Lyme Bay. In the winter months you have the whole field to yourselves, so it’s perfect for a romantic getaway. There are beautiful walks in the woods up behind my holding and a lovely riverside walk to the beach, which is perfect now the holiday crowds have gone. The truck is well insulated and has a wood burning stove.
