The main bedroom has a super king bed (or twin on request) and ensuite bath. There’s also a twin room and separate shower room. Wake to birdsong, reach the city in minutes.

We offer a newly refurbished self-contained flat (in our garden) with a Double Size bed, separated living room with an open kitchen, a shower room and a two seats double size sofa bed (can be opened to a double size bed), and an extra single foldable floor mattress for kids. Free parking next to our main house garden fence. Buses 10 mins to city centre, 20mins to the Uni of Leeds.

There’s one king sized bed . 1 Queen sized bed and 1 double bed. I renovated the place top to bottom a few years ago . Guests will have 2 bathrooms.
