Whilst Rex is tucked away in a quiet corner of one of Purbeck's serene farming villages, the Jurassic coast sits just four miles away with easy access to Lulworth Cove or Durdle Door. Walkers will appreciate the challenge of a climb up high Chaldon or an easier trail along the valley to the SW coastal path.

A unique and romantic hideaway, Quarryman's Cottage is dinner on the roof terrace watching the sunset over Lyme Bay & Charmouth, stargazing from the luxury freestanding bath, epic views from the double shower, reading under the old oak tree, BBQ's & firepits, leisurely walks to The Anchor at Seatown via Golden Cap or the coastal path, the sound of birdsong, the glimpse of a deer, curling up in front of the wood burner in winter. No.1 The Courtyard is nestled just outside the village of Tincleton and was originally part of the servant’s accommodation to Clyffe House (1842). We are situated 6 miles from Dorchester, and within easy reach of many Dorset attractions; Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Corfe Castle, The Purbeck Hills, Kimmeridge, Southwest Coastal Path, Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World, Weymouth, Swanage.

Plenty of coastal and country walks to choose from. The barn consists of one bedroom with a superking bed. Large bathroom and open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area all delightfully decorated.

Small enclosed garden; dog friendly.
