Both rooms are double but they can both be increased to a triple with comfy portable Z-beds if needed. Brohedyn is a large Victorian villa in the village of Adpar, Newcastle Emlyn. We also have a Grand Superking Room with private luxury bathroom

Bring family or friends to 'Lavender Fields' suite

Lavender Fields is our largest room, ideal for a couple wanting plenty of space, or ideal as a family room, or share with friends. The 5th bed is a pull out bed (extra charges apply for 3+ guests). The suite is on the first floor of the Coach House, having wooden steps (might not be suitable for young children at present) to a balcony and entrance. Situated in the courtyard of the 18C Black Lion Hotel, where there is our guest lounge and cafe, with oak beams and large inglenook fireplace.

We have 6 (3 listed) refurbished rooms in the Coach House which sits in the courtyard of our 16th century Inn. Our home is a cozy stone walled, oak beamed, traditional Inn with an inglenook fireplace, perfect for relaxing and using as a base if you are looking for holidays around cycling, riding, walking, fishing, sightseeing, bird watching, there is so much to do here in the valleys of Ceredigion. We are 25 mins from the coast too! We welcome pets in specific rooms, we are not licensed.

Each Family room has a king bed & two single beds, perfect for a family getaway! This room is part of Bryn Berwyn Country House, a boutique hotel. We have a bar offering wines, beers, spirits, and locally produced ales, a drawing-room to sit and relax with sea views. Locally sourced continental or cooked breakfast included in your room price.

Pebble Beach is 1 of 3 rooms in our rural, country Inn. Along with the king size bed there is a pull out single. This first floor room in the Coach House has external stairs, there is an ensuite bathroom and all the comforts you would expect, and a little bit more. Continental breakfast: provided in a hamper for your room, or use the dining room in the hotel which is included in the price.
