The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. From the moment you make your booking and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, I will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As an added benefit for our guests, no additional charge will be applied for check-in after this time, offering you greater flexibility in case of a later arrival. We also offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to apartment availability. Please note that in case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the apartment, the cost of locksmith services (€150) will be the responsibility of the guest and must be paid directly to the locksmith. It is important to note that parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to fines imposed by the appropriate authorities. Beds and towels will be prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Accommodating more people than specified in the reservation is not allowed. We kindly remind you to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment, and to take out the trash daily, especially during summer months. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. Se trata de un precioso ático ubicado en la última planta de un precioso edificio clásico pero rehabilitado. A pesar de ser un ático, el ascensor del edificio llega hasta la misma planta de la vivienda, por lo que no se necesitan subir escaleras para acceder. Cuando entramos en el apartamento nos encontramos inmediatamente un gran salón-comedor, con cocina incorporada, pero con las estancias muy amplias, pues sólo el espacio de salón y cocina cuenta con más unos 50 m2 de tamaño. Además desde el propio salón se accede a una preciosa terraza privada amueblada con mobiliario de jardín. Atravesando el salón llegamos al pasillo distribuidor de los dormitorios, dos de ellos cuentan con camas de 0,90 x 1,90 y el otro con cama de matrimonio de 1,60 x 1,90. Además uno de los dormitorios dispone de un baño completo en suite, dejando el otro baño de acceso independiente. A través de uno de los dormitorios se accede también a una segunda terraza privada, también amueblada con dos tumbonas para tomar el sol y disfrutar de la buena temperatura que suele tener Madrid. El edificio cuenta con una zona común de gimnasio con máquinas de ejercicio a disposición de los inquilinos que se alojen en el apartamento. La zona de los Madrazo es una de las más lujosas y exclusivas de Madrid, pero siendo la calle muy tranquila. **Este apartamento se alquila por temporada, para estancias medias o cortas, pero de acuerdo únicamente con la normativa LAU como "uso distinto de vivienda", y no se permiten alquileres con fines turísticos sino que el alquiler debe ser por motivo laboral/personal/familiar, etc., y la persona que alquila deber residir fuera de Madrid, y por supuesto nunca hacer de esta vivienda su residencia permanente (sino que será su residencia temporal), ni empadronarse en la misma.** **Para estancias mensuales, los suministros de agua y luz estarán incluidos hasta un máximo de 100€ mensuales. A partir de esta cantidad será el huésped el que se haga cargo de la diferencia, siendo entregada por parte del alojamiento la factura correspondiente para verificar el gasto** Durante la estancia no podrán acceder al inmueble más personas que las que hayan indicado en la reserva, por tanto queda prohibido el acceso al inmueble a personas que no estén registrados como huéspedes. El incumplimiento de este precepto supondrá el cargo extra del 50% del importe de la estancia completa como penalización, o en su defecto la expulsión inmediata del alojamiento.

I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.
