The Little House in Yoder

Built in the late 1800's, the Little House is the oldest house in the Yoder community. It's full of old-world charm and modern conveniences. If these walls could talk, they'd tell lots of stories! We are looking forward to your visit at the Grace Hill Grain Bin. This distinctive spot is perfect for a weekend getaway or for an entire week stay. The unique, custom-built house was constructed in 1988 from a 45' grain bin by my father. The house has a large pond, perfect for sunset views. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy smores at the fire pit, and watching the sunset from the porch swing.

This is a one bedroom studio house. This is a place all to yourself. It has a queen size bed. It is really nice inside the house. The one downside is it is close to the railroad track. It has a oven, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer and keurig coffee maker. We have recently added WIFI for our quest. One thing several guest have mentioned is how much they enjoy the walking trail close by.
