Это самая уютная и любимая наша квартира. У нас в гостях вы почувствуете атмосферу старого города. Рядом супермаркет, кофейни, шашлычные, пиццерия. Район очень тихий но имеет хорошую транспортную доступность. Квартира на 4 этаже в кирпичном доме без лифта. Комфортно для 4 человек если вы семья с детьми

Apartment located in the heart of historical center of the city called 'golden square'. Within walking distance (100-200m) you will find the main pedestrian streets (walking streets) Panfilov str. and Zhibek Zholy str., Astana Square, huge amount of cafes, bakerys and restaurants around, metro station(750m), big mall.
