Absolutely no parties of any kind, any size or any description. If there is evidence of a party we will add on a $150 extra cleaning fee.

The historic building was the original Church of Manchac and was remodeled into a home. Located within walking distance to the famous Middendorf's Restaurant! Also nearby is the public boat launch, Sun Buns river bar boat taxi, and other local favorite spots! Located about 40 miles outside of New Orleans.

With prior notification to host you may have full access to onsite boat slip. Depending on size of boats slip can host up to 2 boats at one time.
