A City of Carpinteria Transient Occupancy Tax of 15% will be collected separate from Airbnb fees based on the total nightly fee plus cleaning fee. The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use.
