Our studio is located in Carmel, less than a mile from the town center. The house faces out over Hatton Canyon and affords a private rural setting yet close to Big Sur, Pebble Beach, Monterey, etc. 15 Minute walk to Carmel downtown. A hub to explore Big Sur and all the Monterey Peninsula has to offer. Due to certain regulatory changes regarding minimum stay, the dates you are requesting may not be available. While we prefer longer stays, do make an inquiry to us about the dates you want.

Sades Loft is located in a fairytale cottage in the heart of downtown Carmel-By-The-Sea. The upstairs loft has its own private entry on Ocean Avenue. Open your front door and explore downtown Carmel or take a 10 minute stroll down to the beach. Once a VIP room where Hollywood & local legends gathered late into the night, today, the Loft is a relaxing spot where you can listen to soft music from the restaurant below or watch passerby's buying old fashioned candy from the Cottage of Sweets.

Carmel beach cottage sits on a peaceful and private street off Scenic Drive called Carmelo. A newly remodeled Carmel cottage 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home, it feels like a comfortably appointed beach house. It has 2 backyard patios with fireplace, built in grill and comfortable furniture. You can sit and enjoy the sound of the waves while relaxing. It is a 1 minute walk to Carmel River Beach and just a mile to downtown Carmel, Ocean Avenue, with its unique shops and galleries.

Our cool and comfortable guest studio has a separate entrance. It is just 1-2 miles from Carmel beach and Carmel by the Sea restaurants and wine tasting rooms. It comfortably accommodates two. It has a king size bed and a small kitchenette with a microwave, wine refrigerator and coffee pot. It is located close to downtown Carmel by the Sea, Pebble Beach, Point Lobos and Big Sur. Enjoy nature and hiking at beautiful mission trail only 1/4 mile away. Point lobos 2 miles away.

Falmouth Cottage has been in our family for 70 years. It is a true, original Carmel cottage, one of the first to be built on beautiful Carmel Point. The house is airy and light-filled, with large windows and french doors opening out to the garden that shelters the house on all sides. Carmel River State Beach is one minute away on foot, with easy access to various parts of the coastline, while a longer stroll along the water to the village of Carmel is about 30 minutes.

Flora Belle is your perfect Carmel- by- the- Sea get away. This ground floor condo is in a superb location just steps to Ocean Avenue with its world class restaurants, shopping, and white sand beaches. There is one off street designated parking spot ideal for a compact car. The bedroom has a queen bed and petite walk in closet. The bathroom, accessed through the bedroom, boasts a roomy corner shower. Carmel Belle awaits your visit!

Fancy-Free by the Sea

Petite but sweet studio built by our grandfather, Chaz, in 1940. It is one of four units formerly known as Piney Woods Lodge, where our grandparents welcomed travelers for years. We're excited to return Francy Free to its roots and hope you will join us (two sisters) in continuing their legacy. Studio is ground-level, easy to access and a short (1/2 mile) stroll through the woods to downtown and iconic Carmel beach.
