This waterfront cottage has everything that a vacation home on the water demands. Walk out of the living room door onto the waterfront patio and plunge into the crystal clear water to swim or snorkel. The master Suite, located on the 2nd floor, has a lovely balcony with elevated views of Nassau Harbour and Atlantis Resort. Enjoy coffee watching the sun rise, or a glass of wine watching the sunset. Soak up the sun in reclining lounge chairs while you listen to the ocean waves just inches away.

Cozy cabin on three levels, with direct access to the beautiful beach of Guayacanes. You will enjoy the best view of the sea, having breakfast or from your room. With well lit areas and natural ventilation. Place with approximate size of 50 M2. Guayacanes is a small coastal town with very little development. There aren’t entertainment centers or supermarkets. In the town, folkloric activities are carried out with music that can sometimes cause noise pollution, usually on weekends.
