Our beautiful two-bedroom, full two-bathroom beach getaway is located in the exclusive Sublime Samana Hotel, a Small Luxury Hotel that offers full hotel amenities such as world class spa services, two restaurants, a gym, recreational equipment for countless ocean activities and 24-hour reception services (the use of these amenities may incur additional costs at your discretion). We are located on the ground level which makes for easy access for seniors or travelers with young children or special needs. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, an outside terrace with jacuzzi and barbecue, garden and pool views and is just steps away from the white-sand beaches and crystalline waters of Playa Coson. There are two dining areas: the breakfast bar inside and the 6 person table on our outside terrace. The Living Room seats up to 6 people comfortably and is perfectly set-up for entertaining, with a new flat screen TV, DVD player, sound system and Chromecast. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, closet space, an oversized bathroom and terrace access. The second bedroom has two queen beds, flat screen TV, an oversized bathroom and also has terrace access. The unit has full air-conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. Daily cleaning service is provided by the hotel, and additional services such as laundry, dry cleaning and meal preparation can be arranged directly through the reception. Sublime Samana is an experience like no other, its understated luxury is defined by its unique location, the warmth of its staff and its attention to detail. The seven-acre, low density and boutique property centers around the expansive canal of pools stretching nearly 500 feet from end-to-end. Guests have full access to our entire place and the common areas on property including: pools, beach, beach amenities (such as free rental equipment for ocean and recreational activities, lounge chairs, cocktail and restaurant service, paddle board, boogie board, kayaks and bikes); tennis court; kids play area; gym and restaurants. A full-service, tropical garden spa is available on-site and bookings can be arranged via the hotel reception. Use of certain amenities may incur additional costs at the guests discretion (i.e spa and restaurant services). We are always connected to our property, either directly through our guests or via the staff at hotel reception. We will provide you with a detailed description and instruction of all the facilities in the house, including the operation of all the appliances such as washer / dryer, dishwasher and microwave instructions, Also included will be instructions for all remotes: satellite boxes, smart Hi Def TVs, and air conditioning. We will be available by cellphone, text messaging and Airbnb messaging to answer all your questions about the house facilities, and provide you with tourist information such as restaurants that we recommend, places to visit, shopping, tours to take, walking tours to do on your own, music venues, etc. We provide a detailed guidebook with photos. In addition, we can arrange for knowledgeable, certified guides to take you on tours of Old San Juan and other areas around the island, including beaches in the San Juan area, and many eco oriented tours. The house is in Old San Juan. It is easy access important sights such as La Puerta de San Juan, El Morro Spanish Fort, La Rogativa, La Princesa, Ballaja, Las Americas Museum, City Museum, La Fortaleza, Plaza de Armas, and Cristo Street. Old San Juan is built for walking. You will not need a car while you are in Old San Juan. If you need to get out of Old San Juan, you can get a taxi in a taxi stand near the house, or use Uber. If you have a big group we can possibly arrange for group transportation. If you rent a car, Old San Juan has a variety of public parking lots and a trolley system to help you move around the area during the day. Ask for more details. If after your visit you are continuing travel on a cruise ship to visit other Caribbean islands, you may be able to walk to your ship, as many ships start their trip from the port in Old San Juan. Or disembark from your ship and stay with us for a few days to enjoy this wonderful city.
