Make breakfast under the gabled ceiling of a pristine kitchen boasting vintage 1940s Youngstown kitchen cabinets. Combining white wood shiplap, oak scrap hardwood floors, and powder blue accents, this gorgeous home is steeped in historic charm. The house is at the dead end of an ally and not near any major intersections. This makes the space quiet for an urban setting. Even though the house was made to appear old, it has many of the amenities you would want in a newly constructed house such as a tank-less water heater for those long hot showers, and spray foam insulation for comfort.
