Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat

Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

Newnham home in heart of Cambridge centre +parking

The self contained house for two adults is light and beautifully fitted and furnished. It is well situated on the West side of Cambridge for walks or bike rides to the city centre, University Departments, Colleges, Concert Hall, Museums and theatres. Local shops and restaurants, river, park and meadows are a short walk. You are never more than a 20 minute walk in Cambridge. A ‘U’ bus links the University’s West Site to the Hospital and Biomedical Campus to the south. A great place to live.

Artist Studio

Minutes walk from the station and city centre - this self-contained, Artist's Studio has a sleep/dining/work area and a mezzanine sleeping space and is full of light. Anyone is welcome to stay here - you don't have to be an artist - whether you are in business, an academic, sightseer, musician, 2 individuals or a couple - everyone likes the tranquil environment and the easy access to Cambridge and the lively Mill Road. NOTE. Not for small children and some with mobility issues - check photos.

The Shieling, Fulbourn

This new luxury self-catering, one bedroom apartment provides a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. It is finished to a very high standard with its own private access, private patio area and views of our large garden. It adjoins our family home in the quiet village of Fulbourn, outside Cambridge. It is ideally located for visits to Cambridge, Addenbrooke's, Newmarket etc. Please note we are not within walking distance of Cambridge but it is easily accessible by car, taxi, Uber or bike!

Stay in our beautiful converted 1920s workshop–a cosy, self-contained space. Tucked away in a quiet spot on Coleridge Road, the property is just a 10-min walk to Mill Road, one of the city’s most vibrant multicultural areas. Small local shops, cafés, and takeaways are only a 3-min walk away. House rules: Sorry, no pets No smoking or vaping indoors Note: Earlier check ins are available on Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm (subject to availability).

Lovely private 1 BR Annex - excellent location

Located in the centre of Cambridge within 5 minutes walking distance of the botanical gardens and the train station and 10 minutes walking to the city's core with all the colleges, museums and restaurants, this bright and modern 1 BR Annex with ensuite is completely private and accessed via a separate gate from the main house. Despite being in a very central location it is in a quiet residential area.
