Quiet residential neighborhood near Fort Ord Dunes beach (1 miles). Centrally located near Monterey (about 9 miles to downtown and Fisherman's Wharf and the Aquarium). Close to the Monterey recreational trail (about 1.5 miles) and next door to California State University at Monterey Bay (2 miles) and Fort Ord Monument (2.5 miles). Fort Ord Monument is a 14,000 acres of trails set aside for recreational hiking and biking only. Endless activities await. Min stay (2-4 nights) for special events.

Mid Century Pacific Grove house on 17 Mile Drive. Just a couple blocks from the Pebble Beach gate. Great area. Close enough to walk to town restaurants & shops, Asilomar State Beach & other sites all within minutes of our home. Private yard with a deck & outdoor furniture for entertaining. Lic. # 0289 - Our City STR Permit restricts us to a max of 2 adults/1 car per reservation. Any additional guests MUST be under 18 years old. We cannot & will not make exceptions to either restriction.

This cozy studio in seaside is recently renovated it includes most necessary amenities. There is a beautiful front yard below with a waterfall/ pond and fire pit area that is shared with front unit. The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Nice ocean views PS: This is an upstairs unit with a staircase to enter the studio, if you have a problem climbing stairs this might not be the right fit for you. Centrally located, 100 miles to San Francisco, 15 miles to Monterey Peninsula (Fisherman's Wharf, Aquarium, Pacific Grove, & Carmel). The unit is brand new. Cozy, sunny, and spacious, with lots of privacy. There is a Microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge (no freezer) available for use. There is NO stove, oven, or air-conditioning.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets (Dogs only please). We consider Dogs to be part of the Family so If you would like to bring your dog (2 max), please add them as a guest. That will cover the added expense in the cleaning of the Bungalow.

Queen size bed, ceiling fan, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

If you are thinking of visiting the beautiful sunny sea side of Monterey, our house is perfect for your family getaway. It's the last house in this neighborhood, perched on a small hill that is over looking an expansive sand dune and mountain ranges. Next to it is a sand covered hiking trail. We are 5-20 minutes drive from the most iconic beaches that would provide a fun-fill family picnic.
