While you're here, become friends with the local wildlife, from kangaroos and echidnas to black cockatoos, wake up with breakfast on a sun-kissed deck and wind down at night by the firepit with a glass of local wine.

Hideaway in Wamboin. 15 minutes to Queanbeyan or Bungendore, close to wineries. Comfortable, private and separate studio unit (donga) with queen bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Tea's and Coffees available. Stargazing on clear nights, peace and quiet. This is a small space that is not suitable for long term rental. Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)
