Ample parking is available. There's a bus stop basically right outside the door. Downtown Boulder and Denver are both about 20 minutes away. Movie theaters, shopping, breweries, restaurants galore are all within about a 5 minute drive.

Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry
