Historic charming house located in the avenues close to Bidwell park, CSUC, downtown and Enloe Hospital (1 block). This home was built in 1906 and has a welcoming feel. It would nicely accommodate a family or a business professional. You will have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and feel like home. Fully fenced off back yard with a covered patio and 4ft deep lap pool. Pool is fully fenced with a locked gate. Pool key will be available to guests during their stay.

We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .

The property sits in an ideal location for a Chico experience, with direct front access to Bidwell Park trails for walking, running, biking, hiking, swimming, site seeing, golf and lovely downtown shopping, dining and nightlife. The pool is typically open mid May through September.
