We are 25 miles from Austin, it’s a hills place, don’t expect stores closer just 5 miles away first gas station , 15 min away from shopping center 10 min away of HEB . We offer free 2 kayak. We have slow internet. It’s a retreat area.

This two story, three bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom house sleeps 10-12. The house features a large master with full bathroom, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, and 3 televisions with cable. It's also a great central location for Enchanted Rock, Longhorn Cavern, Pedernales State Park and historic Fredericksburg. Located in the Hill Country, 1- hr west of Austin and 7 mi south of Marble Falls. Once you enter the private gate, meander down to the HH tucked away on this 200 acre privately owned property.
