Recently renovated, there are two large ensuite bedrooms, a living area and kitchen with a wrap around south facing terrace and garden, a study, third bathroom and utility room.

Nestled in open countryside and close to the historic village of Hurstpierpoint, The Loft is an ideal base to explore the walks and villages of the beautiful South Downs, Brighton, Hickstead, or as a stopover for Gatwick Airport. The space is in an historic watermill complex (Cobbs Mill) sleeping 2 (with an additional single sofa-bed if required). Outdoors there are plenty of gardens, and a purpose built petanque court. Footpaths lead directly from the property to open countryside.
