In een vrijstaand pandje, oorspronkelijk een garage, is een aangenaam plekje gerealiseerd met eigen keuken en badkamer. Er zijn twee tweepersoons bedden die ook los van elkaar gezet kunnen worden. Een zonnig terras bevindt zich aan de achterzijde. De directe omgeving is geliefd bij wandelaars en fietsers; vanaf het huisje kunt u alle kanten op! Uiteraard is het huisje voorzien van gratis WiFi en een smart televisie. Het huisje beschikt over een eigen entree op een afgebakend stuk op het perceel.

Een sfeervolle suite met vrije opgang, waar ooit de hooizolder was van deze boerenwoning uit 1878. Het gastenverblijf heeft een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed, een zitje en een prachtig uitzicht op de tuin en het omringende groen. Er is een aparte kamer voor het ontbijt en een ruime eigen badkamer met ligbad en douche. Gasten beschikken over de gehele bovenverdieping, met vrije opgang. Logeren in het voormalige achttiende-eeuwse zomerhuis van de Bouwerij op landgoed Ridderhofstad Gunterstein aan de Vecht in Breukelen. Het zomerhuisje staat op het erf van een kleinschalig biologisch melkveebedrijf, een boerderij met 70 hectare land grenzend aan de Loosdrechtse plassen, waar onze koeien, veelal oer-Hollandse blaarkoppen, grazen in een eeuwenoud parkachtig cultuurlandschap.

You will have a comfortable stay in the mill which is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Maurik is a charming village, very centrally located between larger cities like Utrecht, Den Bosch, Arnhem and Nijmegen. The area is very suitable for cycling, hiking and swimming.
