There are only four units in the whole block – all managed by us. Don't be fooled by the outside - inside is lovely. It is an older complex and we are continually upgrading and renovating so it presents well internally. The unit is located near an intersection which can be busy at time, so please be aware there will be road noise.

Tucked away in the back of a gated complex in Parramatta Park 'The Tropical Townhouse' is a 3 storey, 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom property that you can call your own for your special holiday.
