Cosmetic updates in July of 2025! Welcome to our cozy and clean mountain condo 3 blocks from the gondola and right off Main Street in downtown Breckenridge. Enjoy the best of both worlds in a quiet building with a heated pool, a hot tub, a ski locker and assigned underground and then walk 7 minutes to the gondola and the bustle and nightlife of Main Street in minutes! The free Summit Stage ski bus picks up right outside the unit and goes directly to the gondola.

This cozy studio condo is perfectly situated. You can walk out your front door to the Snowflake Lift, then ski home for lunch or at the end of the day from 4 O’Clock Run. Breck's historic Main Street is less than a 10-minute walk away, where you'll find countless restaurants and shops. In Summertime, you'll hear the bubbling creek located just feet from your door, and the trailhead to the beautiful Sawmill Reservoir Trail is steps away at the Snowflake Lift.

Location, location, location, a quick 200 step walk & you’ll be at Snowflake ski lift. Ski down Four O'clock Run right to the condo, grab a bite to eat and head out again. 3 blocks to the historic main street, walk to our incredible downtown for food, or to shop. Whether you want skiing or the access of town this is the perfect condo. Unit has a balcony with a small table to enjoy the mountain air in the morning or evening.

Cozy 600 square foot studio condo is 200 yards from the Quicksilver lift on Peak 9. Walkable Breck! I live in Atlanta and I won’t bother you on site:) One queen bed and one bathroom, ideal for two adults. The bed is a soft tempurpedic and a firm sofa bed. Free parking! Walk to the quicksilver lift! Quicksilver lift usually closes in late April sometime. Closest unit to the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs!
