The villa is a 5000 sqm garden with various flowers, plants trees . Two big decks for looking view. It is a comfortable, quiet and private place.

Our apartment is a 5 minute walk to the village of Howick where shops, banks, bars and restaurants can be found: the Saturday Market is very popular! 4 local beaches can be accessed with a 10 minute drive or public transport can take you to the ferry (to sail to the Auckland CBD )or bus into town. The apartment is well appointed and ideal for travellers or visiting family. Our apartment is quiet and private and is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families .

Also the apartment is not suitable for mobile babies nor children under the age of seven. A vehicle to get around is recommended.

There is a separate entranceway with off street parking. Located close to two family safe beaches and Howick Village. There are plenty of options for cafes, shopping and walking tracks. You’ll love our place because of the outdoor space including the pool, the handy location and good access to public transport.
