Bester Ausgangspunkt für eine Mountainbiketour auf den Pendling (Hausberg). Alpinisten werden hier ebenso glücklich werden wie Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Zimmer, einem Flur und einem Bad mit Badewanne. Das Wohnzimmer wird sowohl auch als Schlafzimmer genutzt. Dort befindet sich ein gemütliches Sofa und einem Doppelbett. Die separate Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein großer Balkon mit einem schönen Blick auf die Berge und den See.
