There are two bedrooms with queen beds that sleep 1 or 2 people as well as a sleeper couch for 1 or 2 more. An air mattress is available if a fourth bed is required. Covered parking for two cars out front and a deck overlooking the private open space out back.

Lite Haus means little house in Norwegian. But we also named it this because of the sound of, "Light House". We hope that this space can be a place of "Light" and restoration for each person who stays- a great escape. The home is a wonderful, quick walk to Old Town Louisville (just 3 blocks away). There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques to explore. The home is also a short 15 minute drive from Boulder and a scenic 25 mins. to Denver. Public bus stop is a 1/2 block away.

Come stay in our charming studio apartment in Old Town Lafayette. The detached studio apartment is located above our garage in the back of our of corner lot. Arrive through your own private entrance greeted by warm sun and relaxing cozy living space to call your own. Located one block off Public (Lafayette’s Main St.) this area has much to offer just steps away. Lafayette is known for its art culture with many studios, restaurants, breweries and antique shops within walking distance.

The home has a fully stocked kitchen, books, a large backyard and a fire pit area to enjoy with your friends and family. You'll be 15 minutes from Boulder, 20 minutes from Denver and 1 hour from Eldora Ski area! Each room also has a TV with Amazon fire sticks. Beautiful studio . 100% private over a detached garage, all appliances and everything else is brand new. Free bikes. Mountain views.. Spa like bathroom with W&D. Chefs kitchen with large island, 5 burner gas stove, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, full size refrigerator & cooking supplies. Central air and heating. Queen bed with a folding spare bed in the closet behind the TV. TV and Wi-Fi, with a smart TV.. no smoking. The main house fenced yard and driveway are not included in the rental.

Aggie House - Historical Cottage

This charming historic 100+ year old miner's cottage has been lovingly restored with modern farmhouse chic. The home is one block away from old town Louisville known for their restaurants, coffee shops, small business and retail shops. Its a short walk to the farmers market and a great location the Street Faire, the annual music festival Friday nights during the summer. RTD busses pick up right outside the house. It's 15 minutes to Boulder by car and 30 minutes to Denver.

How Suite It Is-2 bedrooms

This 600 square-foot basement level suite has windows in both bedrooms and the family room. It is completely private from the rest of the house and includes 2 bedrooms, a family room with wet bar, toaster, coffee maker, 2 small refrigerators and a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. There is also a 51" TV and wireless internet access. We welcome all ages, including infants (we even have a Pack and Play!) and all ethnicities. Also, we DO give refunds for cancelled flights!
