Vintage Garden Apartment

Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

PARKING good price, which is 3 min walk to the app. Location just next to the amphitheatre you will be in the center of the old town vibe. Just stones throw away you can find many restaurants and cafes.

Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju. 300 m od plaža i centra Fažane u mirnoj ulici sa malo prometa. Ovaj se stan odlikuje i prekrasnim pogledom na more i Nacionalni park Brijuni koji se sastoji od 13 otoka i otočića. Zadovoljstvo gostima pruža i uređena šetnica uz samo more u dužini od oko 7km kao i biciklističke staze. Na oko 7 km udaljenosti nalazi se grad Pula koji obiluje historijskim spomenicima od kojih je najpoznatiji amfiteatar (treći na svijetu po veličini).

The property is immersed in nature while being only a short ride away from Venice and Rovinj. - 400m from the nearest beach - 4km from the islands of Brijuni, one of the most beautiful National Parks in Croatia and the touristic center of Fažana - 20min from the ancient city center of Pula and the world-famous Roman amphitheater

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center (3 km) and the airport (10 km). The apartment is located just 350 m to the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. Pets are allowed.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

The house is located 1.5 km from the beach and all facilities in the heart of Fažana. Right next to the house there is a bicycle path that can be used to get to the center of Fažana through nature

Arena Golden Oldie Studio

Over a hundred years old, Golden Oldie house is situated only one block away from the Amphitheatre. Its interior has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2021. Centrally located, the house is only 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from bars, pubs and restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, banks, ATMs, green and fish markets and the harbour.

This unique place has a style all its own. Studio apartment with 80 square meters of terrace that is just for you. All the furniture is handmade, and the walls are decorated with photos of Pula. Apartment located 10m from the main Carera street, 100m from the main promenade by the sea where there are many restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, galleries, boats .. 5 minutes from the church of Sv. Euphemia. The nearest beach in a beautiful pine forest is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
