This space is in the old city center, in an old building, ground floor - but surprisingly bright. Cool in the summer and warm in winter. it is well equipped and has a lot of storage space which is great for long term guests. By booking this space You are becoming part of a bigger project - full restoration of the house which began Dec 2010. I can tell You and You can read about it in a booklet when You arrive. Uită de grijile tale în această locuință spațioasă și liniștită. Brasovul va asteapta sa-l (re)descoperiti ! Unitate de cazare primenita,aranjata,dezinfectata si numai buna de petrecut timp de calitate .Dotata cu toate cele necesare,de la wi fi,tv-uri smart pana la masina de spalat vase,cafetiera,sandwich maker sau toaster ,nu aveti nevoie decat de putin timp liber pentru a va bucura de avantajele naturii. Nu sunt acceptate animale,iar fumatul este permis doar pe terasa.

Balcescu Residence in Old City Center Brasov

A very warm and welcoming apartment, located in the heart of the old historic city center of Brasov. It is located on street Nicolae Balcescu, 20m away from the bus station, across the street from a very good mini-market and a fresh fruit & vegetable store, near the artisanal bakery and farmacy. The Main Square and Black Church are in a 2 minutes walk, the same as Republicii street - the main pedestrian street full with nice restaurants, coffee shops, terraces.

Located at the border of the old city and the forest, our tiny studio offers easy access to the old city buzz but also to the peacefulness of the forest and wildlife surrounding the house. The studio is located in a historic mansion build by A Saxon family at the beginning of the 20th century. Keeping original elements of the house, like the fireplace and not only, our studio is also equipped with everything needed to make your stay easy and pleasant.
