Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, private suite in the heart of Omaha! This 800 sq ft suite is an open concept with a large living area and dinning area. There is a queen sized bed, a twin bed, and option of a queen air mattress. There is a 3/4 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a walk in closet. No kitchen but there is a microwave, coffee pot, and mini-fridge. You’ll also have free on premise parking, a private entrance, and high speed internet.

Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Guests love having immediate access and NO STAIRS!!! 8 Minutes from both main interstates. 15 minutes to downtown, the ballpark, zoo, shopping, and 20 minutes to the airport. A full-service grocery store is just 2 minutes away, offering a pharmacy, deli, pizza, liquor, and a Starbucks. Excellent restaurants are nearby, as well as Dunkin' Donuts, which features a drive-thru for convenience.

Enjoy a private walk-out basement located in a West Omaha, family-friendly neighborhood! The house backs up to a beautiful walking path that runs parallel to the creek and a prairie reserve. We have two dogs, so if you bring a pet, please know the backyard is a shared space! Pets are certainly welcome! We are passionate about hosting guests and creating comfortable and cozy spaces.
