A refurbished wash house, in a separate building across a small court yard, provides guests with additional facilities including utility room, second shower room, equipment drying storage room, secure cycle storage area, quiet room. There is a garden and sun terrace with views across the Leven Estuary. Cottage access via 15 steps from the road.

Built in 2012, our slate and stone camping barns boast 6 single beds on the first floor. The ground floor space includes a dining area, kitchen area which includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, small fridge and a single electric hot plate. and a ground floor wet room. Bedding, towels, cutlery, crockery are all provided. Outside are stunning views, a picnic area and public footpaths through the farm. Breakfast is not provided can be requested at an additional cost.

Rusland Retreat is on the first floor of a barn conversion nestled in an elevated position in the hamlet of Oxen Park, in the beautiful Rusland Valley. Situated within the Lake District National Park, we are an easy 10 minute drive to Coniston Water and 15 minutes to Windermere.

TV, Anti Allergy Duvet on the Double Bed, Sheep Wool Duvets on the Single Beds, (so allergy proof) crisp linen and fluffy towels. We provide everything and more, so all you need to bring is your food and toiletries. We do not allow dogs in BIrch. With it sleeping a family we feel it it would compromise your comfort and space.

With a village green, playground and perfect location you can explore the wonderful Lake District and all its attractions.
