I regulate the AC and heat however there is a fan and heater. If you want more or less just ask. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon.

Apartment is near the Bountiful temple and freeway access is minutes away. This apartment is well-appointed and newly constructed as of November 2018.this spacious and serene space. My family lives upstairs.
