" Captain's Quarters", at Sylvanrude, Lakebay WA

The Captains Quarters at Sylvanrude is a step into a forest of Douglas Fir, Cedar, and Hemlock. The small apartment is above a garage, and is equipped with a coved ceiling bathroom, (tall folks beware) full kitchen, cozy sleeping area with a new queen bed on antique frame, TV with DVDs only, (wifi is through MIFI, a Verizon source), a private beach fire pit with beach access, and the most amazing sunsets over Case Inlet. If you are a bird watching enthusiast, don't forget the binoculars!

Bluff Suite 2 - Come to the beach!

Located on three acres with great views of the Hood Canal from the kitchen/dining area. Includes refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee pot, and barbecue. Short walk through the yard to the beach. Guests may bring their watercraft or use our four kayaks, row boat or pedal boat. Please return where you found it, so the tide doesn't take it away. Please note: We do a thorough cleaning and finish off with wiping down all surfaces likely touched with 99.9% disinfectant. A Serene getaway on lake front property that is a quadraplex. This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.

This space is perfect for a couple getaway, or a family looking for an opportunity to be away from the city. There is currently not a store, a gas station, or a coffee shop on the island. Please plan your meals accordingly There is a restaurant for dinners.

Yummy Beach #2 - pets welcome!

Here on Miami Beach, or "my yummy beach" as a certain three-year-old once called it, you will have front-row seats to the grandeur of the Hood Canal where the Olympic Mountains rise majestically from the depths of the sea. Our unique cottage resort is situated right on the water's edge. Cottage #2 is the middle of three attached units. The hot tub is outside of Cottage #1 and is shared among all three units.

This rental is located 2 minutes from downtown Shelton, 30 minutes from the state capitol, Olympia, and just over an hour from Seattle, amazing hikes in the Olympics, and the Pacific Ocean. Also- we have a rooster & hens. We offer fresh eggs whenever our hens are laying!
