Lovely little hideaway, natural reserve,, butterflies and long gras…little walk to good beach. Peaceful. Great area for bicycling, diving.. Pets are welcome., but for the moment this part of the garden isn’t fenced As I am an architect, I am always fixing and making things better, so please don’t expect perfect. Biodiversity is high on my list and I am part of an organization protecting wildlife, the garden is wild. This place is only suited for two people. This place isn’t suitable for babies.

Stor stue med 2 sovepladser, soveværelse, bad med sauna, køkken med alle faciliteter + vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Gratis internet (Netflix) og TV kanaler. Vin, øl og vand kan købes. Gratis parkering lige udenfor døren. Lejligheden er nederst i en 220 m2 dejlig villa, som ligger med 180 graders vand udsigt ud over Lillebælt

Summer house with beautiful sea view

Cozy old seaside cottage in the first row. The garden leads straight down to the beach. The original house is old but well kept. The newly built sunroom, with a direct view of the sea, makes the house enjoyable all year round. The rooms are small and what we call an annex can only be seen as an extra bedroom located 8 meters from the house and cannot be locked from inside. The house is ideal for 4 people, but there are 6 beds. The price includes use of electricity, water, and heating.

Strandhytte, unik beliggenhed

Unik og charmerende strandhytte i vandkanten med udsigt over Gamborg Fjord, Fønsskov og Lillebælt. Ugenert beliggenhed på sydvendt skrænt med stor lukket træterrasse, egen strand og bro. Mulighed for lystfiskeri, badning og vandreture i naturen. Placeret 5 km fra Middelfart og den fynske motorvej. Strandhytten er nyrenoveret i 2022 med en enkel og funktionel indretning. Stilen er lys og maritim, og selv om hytten er lille, er der fin plads til 2 personer og evt. også en lille hund.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Imponerende udsigt over Vejle fjord

Dette charmerende sommerhus på 80m² ved Mørkholt Strand tilbyder en unik oplevelse med fuld fjordudsigt og moderne design. Beliggende i rolige, naturskønne omgivelser, er det det perfekte tilflugtssted for dem, der søger fred og skønhed. Den centrale beliggenhed gør det nemt at nå lokale attraktioner og større byer. Fristed på 96 m2, med kreaturer, hejrekoloni og ræve som nabo. I haven er der lille hyggelig bålplads og shelter med 3-4 sovepladser. Vi ligger tæt ved skov og strandeng, 300 m fra dejlig badestrand, 1 km fra Falsled Havn, og fra det helt unikke spisested Falsled Kro. Vi er placeret lige på kanten af Svanninge Bakker, og området er meget velegnet til friluftsaktiviteter som vandring, løb og cykling. Øhavsstien starter ved Falsled Havn.

En hytte på 42 m2 beliggende på en større grund med direkte og uforstyrret udsigt til Hopsø. Hopsø er fredet og rummer et rigt fugleliv. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

Lovely ocean view summer house on Fyn

Cossy, authentic, non smok summer house with a huge terrace and great ocean view. The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.

Nice summerhouse for relaxing with a great view

It is the summerhouse to share your some relaxing days with your complete family or friends. The area is very central in Denmark, which makes it perfect for small daytrips by foot, bicycle or car. The beach is perfect for chidren, teenagers and parents. There is enough space to have fun and relax inside for the complete family - also if the weather is not behaving. There are toys to play with for kids in all ages.
