Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. Established in 1903, Boley is of national historical significance because it is representative of the many Black Settlements who migrated from the South to northern and western communities after slavery. Today, it is landmark to Oklahoma's multicultural history, embracing its African-American and Native Indian heritage. Boley was the most enterprising of all black towns and a center of agriculture, industry, and education. NO WIFI.

Working Cattle Ranch

We are 6 miles north of Chandler (Route 66). "Entire home" refers to the professionally built, 900 sq ft space over the garage which means stairs (within code). Our home is attached via a breezeway. We have 80 acres with pastures, 1 stocked pond and trails through the woods. We have 3 outdoor “always on” security cameras: 1 on the garage wall and (main house) front & back porches (not the N patio which guests can use). This is our home, we expect responsible and caring guests.

Our house is cozy inside, with outside decks in both the front and back yards. We have off-street parking, a gas grill, WiFi, and other amenities to make your stay enjoyable.

This single room log cabin overlooks our 35-acre lake and includes an outdoor fire pit, small deck with rocking chairs, indoor fireplace, efficiency kitchen with oven and petite fridge, AND A NEW WATER HEATING SYSTEM!!!!! This cabin is 30-yards from our conference and event center. If we have an event, you will likely see and hear guests and staff coming and going.
