Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Welcome to traditional Mediterranean stone and wood house of 140 m2 for 6 persons. It has two separate floors connected with indoor stairs. Large open area with fully fitted kitchen, spacious dining and cozy living space in natural local stone and wood are in lower floor. Bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Also, there are 2 outdoor areas: barbecue, coffee and summer dining area in front yard and 30m2 heated swimming pool available from June to September in the back yard with outdoor shower.

It has all the modern amenities: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a small library. Also, our guests receive a welcoming bottle of homemade wine and olive oil. It's no more than 100 meters from the sea. A small terrasse, overlooking our garden, is perfect to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine.
