The property is wonderfully located just on the edge of downtown. The living spaces are large and roomy so you won't feel cramped. The main living area is spacious, light and has plenty of space to spread out. The bedroom too is spacious. Down the hallway you'll find the bathroom with amazing fixtures and finishes. The daylight basement apartment is part of a bungalow built in 1920, below our counseling office. Walk to Boise Foothills, historic Hyde Park, & downtown. Boise Co-op grocery & deli across the street, & convenience store next door. The apartment has a separate entrance, queen bed & a couch that folds down. Kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, oven, microwave & coffee maker. Wifi & Netflix. Limited parking on street. We do not live on the property, but will be available as needed.

Very cozy, centrally located Phillippi Place on the Bench! Close to the airport, shopping, downtown, & restaurants. Home features: private fenced patio area, central heating, and air. The bedroom and bath are located upstairs. Very convenient parking on the street. For guests who are staying longer, if you choose, the carport is available on the back of the building. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.
